Lost and found
In case you have forgotten an item during your stay at Phoenix Copenhagen, we kindly ask you to fill out the form below.
Please describe the item as precisely as possible, as well as where it was forgotten (if it was left in a room, please note the room number). If possible, please note which date the item may have been forgotten.
We will contact you to confirm if the item was found or not, and in case it was, we will arrange further with you.
We send valuables such as money, securities, particularly valuable jewelry and the like to the Copenhagen Police Lost and Found office. We can store other lost property for up to 30 days, after which it is sent to the Copenhagen Police Lost and Found Office. If we are only contacted after that, we will refer you to the Copenhagen Police.
