New brasserie with classic elegance

On October 1, 2025, we open the doors to Brasserie Hugo – our new restaurant here at Phoenix Copenhagen.

Here, we invite you to enjoy lunch and dinner in elegant surroundings, where the menu is inspired by the Mediterranean, with a special love for Italian and French cuisine – enhanced with a subtle Nordic twist.

We work with the best seasonal ingredients and combine classic culinary craftsmanship with small creative details that turn every dish into an experience.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday: 12 noon – 11PM

Friday and Saturday: 12 noon – 12 midnight

Room service: 12 noon – 10PM

The kitchen closes at 22.30PM – last order at 10PM
