Meeting and conference facilities in beautiful surroundings
Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen is located on Bredgade in the middle of Copenhagen’s financial district. The hotel has an elegant and luxurious interior inspired by the Renaissance period.
The conference and meeting facilities are also designed with a nod to the hotel’s long history, but the technical facilities and service level are fully up to date, allowing you to hold a meeting or conference in an atmospheric environment whilst our competent staff take care of all the practicalities.
Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen has three meeting rooms of different sizes and with several options for table set-ups. The room capacity ranges from 16 people up to 110 people, so it is equally suitable for holding smaller and larger meetings or conferences at Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen. All rooms have standard A/V equipment and wireless internet, and other equipment can of course be ordered.
Meeting packages, offers and accommodation
Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen can offer several different meeting packages, depending on the type of event you wish to hold. For example, we can offer a day meeting package that includes breakfast and lunch at our beautiful Restaurant von Plessen.
We can also offer a full-day meeting package that includes a 2-course dinner at Restaurant von Plessen. If the meeting or conference lasts several days, we can of course also offer overnight accommodation and a breakfast buffet.
