Luxurious meeting rooms in the heart of Copenhagen

At Phoenix Copenhagen – located at one of Copenhagen’s best addresses – we can offer beautiful and luxurious meeting rooms that suit most meeting requirements.

Phoenix Copenhagen’s history goes back a long way, and the hotel's interior decor gives a nod to the past with inspiration from the Renaissance period.

However, the hotel’s three meeting rooms are fully up to date when it comes to technical facilities, and the hotel’s competent staff provide you with an efficient and professional experience.

Different meeting rooms for different needs

Phoenix Copenhagen has a total of tree meeting rooms that give you optimal flexibility in table set-ups and number of meeting participants – from small meetings with around 20 participants to larger meetings/conferences with a maximum of 110 people.

For smaller meetings, we recommend the smaller meeting rooms Frederik VII or Frederik III. These two meeting rooms each have a capacity of between 16 and 32 people and are perfect for smaller meetings such as board meetings.

For larger meetings, we recommend the meeting room Frederik V, which at 120 m² is our largest meeting and function room. Its decor is in keeping with the grandeur of the rest of the hotel. The room is often used for conferences, large functions and receptions with capacity for up to 110 people theatre style and up to 80 people for sit-down dinners.

All meeting rooms come with standard AV equipment and, naturally anything else you require can be ordered.

Add-on packages and accommodation

When you book your meeting, the staff at Phoenix Copenhagen can help you by offering different meeting packages with lunch/dinner and the option of overnight accommodation.
